Depression in Men


Many men find it hard to talk about feelings, especially if it might show a form of weakness in ourselves. It is well-known that suicide rates are higher in males, and that often they are less likely to reach out for help. The statistics have been so staggering that in past year more projects have begun to raise awareness, such as the ingenious "man therapy" program (video below).
